				<description><![CDATA[Exhibition opening on 17 March 20pm <br /><br />Zeebelt, The Hague, Netherlands <br />Entree: free <br /><br />Views on the West exhibits 50 posters made by graphic designers from India and the Netherlands, displaying interpretations of views on the West from an Indian perspective.<br /><br />The design of the posters is based on information derived from interviews with Indian call centre employees. What ideas do they have of the West? What are their impressions of life in Western society? Both Indian and Dutch designers worked with the assignment description in audio which was composed from the original interviews.<br /><br />The exhibition includes designs by Rajesh Dahiya and other Indian design professionals, by Annelys de Vet, Vinca Kruk, Bob van Dijk, Jacques Koeweiden, Sybren Kuiper, by students from Academies of Art in the Netherlands (The Hague, Utrecht, Rotterdam) and by students from India (Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Pune).<br /><br />(Festival poster by Bouwe van der Molen)]]></description>
